Handling office affairs
Responsible for handling / recording employee attendance.
Collect information and perform data entry
Updating and storing business files to ensure they are accurate and accessible for other employees.
Prepare reports, letter and other business documents
To perform other related activities /duties and responsibilities as requested by superior from time to time
Support daily office operational administrative activities and running smoothly
JOB REQUIREMENT:
Good in excel and documentation skill
Good in mathematics calculation
Able to work OT
