We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized
Warehouse Clerk
to support our warehouse operations. The successful candidate will handle data entry, stock taking, and general administrative duties to ensure accurate inventory control and smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities :-
Perform data entry for all incoming and outgoing stock transactions.
Assist in receiving, storing, issuing, and recording materials or finished goods.
Conduct regular stock take and cycle count activities.
Maintain accurate inventory records and filing of related documents.
Prepare and update reports such as stock movement and inventory summaries.
Liaise with production, purchasing, and logistics teams on stock coordination.
Support warehouse administrative tasks such as documentation, labelling, and filing.
Ensure warehouse cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company procedures.
Perform any other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements :-
This position requires a candidate who can start work immediately.* Male / Female
Minimum
SPM
2 years of relevant experience
in warehouse or administrative work
Computer literate
, especially in
Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
.
Experience using
Hydra System
or other warehouse management systems will be an
added advantage
.
Meticulous, organized, and responsible
, with good teamwork and communication skills.
Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
