Job Description

: - Prepare DO and issue invoice to customers - Issue monthly customer statements - Sending customer invoices and payment reminders to customers - Update customer files with issued invoices - Maintain and upkeep proper filing and documentation - Daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operation - Perform ad-hoc tasks as required by superior Job Requirements: - Minimum SPM/ STPM/ A-Level/ Diploma - Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English & Mandarin due to nature of business - Basic computer literate such as Microsoft Office - Posses good written and verbal communication skills - Highly organized and great time-management skills - Able to work overtime
