Role Purpose
The purpose is to ensure all the customs documentation and truck flight cargo complete on the right time
Key Accountability
- Ensure file all the document in a single Truck Flight Service File
- All the documents related with the KUL-SIN movement must be transmit to JHBAP by using facsimile to apply Singapore permit
- Fill up the Delivery Order which include time of complete delivery and other handling information
- Need to submit the proper document and obtain customs clearance before departure such as flight manifest, C1,C2,C3, ATA Carnet or C8 customs form
- Must to ensure obtain appropriate customs endorsement on the legal C8 or flight manifest before entering Malaysia border and responsible to seal for import and break seal for export truck
Qualification & Experience
SPM - Knowledge on the logistics activity and related process with 1 year experiencing on the operation activity
Skills & Knowledge
- Knowledge on driving forklift
- Able to use computer especially Microsoft word, excel and others related
- Good in using computer system such as LMS
- Fast learner in new thing and has good leadership skills
