Key Responsibilities



Client Account Management



Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and new clients. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing updates, and resolving any concerns. Identify client needs and propose tailored media solutions to enhance satisfaction and achieve business objectives. Prepare proposals and presentations to pitch to potential clients Develop quotes and proposals Negotiate the terms of an agreement, price and specifications with clients Actively try to build relationship with client for future projects

Project Management



Plan, execute, and manage media projects and campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and quality output. Develop and oversee project timelines, budgets, and milestones, ensuring all deliverables are met within scope. Collaborate with creative, sales, and production teams to align resources and workflows. Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement effective solutions.

Collaboration and Reporting



Coordinate between internal teams and clients to ensure clear communication and expectations. Prepare and deliver project status reports, performance metrics, and post-campaign analyses. Maintain detailed records of client interactions and project documentation.

Requirements



Proven experience in account management and/or project management, ideally within a media, advertising, or related industry. Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen eye for detail. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships. Familiarity with project management tools and software. A proactive and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Media, or a related field (preferred).

Pay: RM5,500.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
