About the Role
You'll be the voice and heart of our programmes, connecting with participants, guiding them through onboarding, and ensuring they feel supported and inspired throughout their personal finance journey.
Key Responsibilities
Be the main point of contact for participants before, during, and after workshops.
Call and WhatsApp potential participants (leads will be provided) daily to provide updates, reminders, and motivation.
Convert enquiries into confirmed enrolments and follow up on payments.
Build strong relationships with participants and alumni to boost engagement and retention.
Manage participant WhatsApp/Telegram groups and create a welcoming community space.
Gather testimonials, stories, and feedback for programme improvement.
Provide post-event check-ins and updates to the management.
You'll Excel If You:
Love talking to people and turning conversations into relationships.
Are fluent in English and Malay, both written and spoken.
Have a confident, empathetic, and patient communication style.
Enjoy helping others reach their goals and feel inspired.
Qualifications:
Diploma or Degree in Communications, Psychology, or Marketing.
1-3 years experience in client servicing, sales, or community engagement preferred.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
