Invoice processes * Manage Vendor Payments * Manage Client Billings * Accountable for the timely coordination of JLL\'s invoice processing, monitoring the accounts receivable and cash flow management Contract Management * Support Account Invoice processes Manage Vendor Payments Manage Client Billings Accountable for the timely coordination of JLL\'s invoice processing, monitoring the accounts receivable and cash flow management Contract Management Support Account Managerand account leadership team in handling various aspects of client account including projection of cashflows, risk mitigation and all account specific finance related matters Interaction with different stakeholders including third-party service providers/vendors and key client personnel Expense and debtors management Providing analysis / reports of financial KPIs Assist to resolve system issues Assist in process improvements Support on-going cost saving projects, including identification, monitoring and analysis Reporting/Forecasting/Planning Monthly, quarterly & ad-hoc reporting and variance analyses for client and corporate requirements, including annual budget and quarterly forecasts Support local country Finance teams on the CI/Fee Revenue variances, issues and other requirements General Ledger Management, Policies & Procedures & Audit Support month end reporting process including variance analysis and reconciliation Support data integrity of the systems and perform data audits from time to time Facilitate maintenance of appropriate process and systems controls for the integrity of all transactions Ensure that all financial accounting and reporting is audit worthy and in keeping with recognized quality management processes Support in training finance staff on financial systems for efficient data extraction JLL, together with its subsidiaries and affiliates, is a leading global provider of real estate and investment management services.
