Job Summary:

As an Advertiser Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing,

growing and optimizing the advertiser affiliate programs for Boostiny. Your primary focus will be on building strong relationships with advertisers, implementing initiatives on the operational and strategic aspects in order to grow your accounts. You will have to wear multiple hats to support tactical tasks as well. Bilingual skills, specifically in Bahasa Indonesia and English, are necessary for effective communication with advertisers and internal teams. Previous work experience in an affiliate network or similar industry is required.

Responsibilities:

1. Advertiser Relationship Management:

\xe2\x97\x8f Build and maintain strong relationships with advertisers to understand their goals and

objectives.

\xe2\x97\x8f Provide ongoing strategy guidance, and feedback to advertisers to optimize their affiliate

programs.

\xe2\x97\x8f Regularly communicate with advertisers to address queries, resolve issues, and share

performance updates.

2. Affiliate and Influencer Recruitment and Onboarding:

\xe2\x97\x8f Identify potential affiliates & Influencers partners and recruit them to join advertiser

affiliate programs.

\xe2\x97\x8f Analyze affiliates\' capabilities, traffic sources, and promotional methods to ensure

alignment with advertiser goals.

\xe2\x97\x8f Negotiate media placements, commission increases and other strategies on behalf of

the advertiser.

3. Performance Optimization:

\xe2\x97\x8f Monitor and analyze partner performance data to identify areas for improvement.

\xe2\x97\x8f Bring new strategies to the advertiser in order to maximize revenues through the affiliate

and influencer marketing channel

\xe2\x97\x8f Provide partners with recommendations and best practices to enhance their

promotional efforts.

4. Compliance and Quality Control:

\xe2\x97\x8f Ensure partners adhere to advertiser guidelines, policies, and industry regulations.

\xe2\x97\x8f Monitor affiliate promotional activities to maintain brand integrity and compliance.

\xe2\x97\x8f Investigate and resolve any instances of fraudulent or non-compliant activities.

5. Reporting and Analysis:

\xe2\x97\x8f Generate regular reports on affiliate program performance, revenue trends, and key

metrics.

\xe2\x97\x8f Conduct data analysis to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for improvement.

\xe2\x97\x8f Create & share periodic performance reports with advertisers.

Qualifications:

\xe2\x97\x8f Mid level position

\xe2\x97\x8f 4-5 years experience within account management role

\xe2\x97\x8f Previous work experience in an affiliate network or similar industry is required.

\xe2\x97\x8f Bilingual proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is essential for effective

communication.

\xe2\x97\x8f Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain advertiser

relationships.

\xe2\x97\x8f Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

\xe2\x97\x8f Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

\xe2\x97\x8f Understanding of online marketing, performance-based marketing, and affiliate

marketing models.

\xe2\x97\x8f Familiarity with tracking platforms, affiliate networks, and online advertising tools.

\xe2\x97\x8f Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.

\xe2\x97\x8f Strong organizational and time management skills.

\xe2\x97\x8f Knowledge of the South East Asian affiliate market is a must

\xe2\x97\x8f Influencer marketing knowledge is a plus.
