About The Role We have key positions available for this role as a Client Manager (Auditor) in the Food-Agri Sector for SPO to build a strong team of professionals at a country level. Applicants will be part of a dynamic team of specialists involved to conduct various types of audits and to work closely with BSI clients to help them improve their performance by assessing their systems and processes against ISO and BSI standards. Your Key Responsibilities In This Role Will Be To Prepare assessment reports and deliver findings to clients to ensure client understanding of the assessment decision and clear direction to particular items of corrective action where appropriate. Recommend the issue, re-issue, or withdrawal of certificates, and report recommendations in accordance with BSI policy, procedures, and prescribed time frame. Maintain overall account responsibility and accountability for nominated accounts to ensure an effective partnership, whilst ensuring excellent service delivery and account growth. Lead assessment teams as required ensuring that team members are adequately briefed so that quality of service is maintained and that effective working relationships are sustained both with clients and within the team. Provide accurate and prompt information to support services, working closely with them to ensure that client records are up to date and complete and that all other internal information requirements are met. Coach colleagues as appropriate especially where those members are inexperienced assessors or unfamiliar with clients\' business/technology and assist in the induction and coaching of new colleagues as requested. Plan/schedule workloads to make the best use of own time and maximize revenue-earning activity. About You To be successful in this role you need to thrive in a process-driven, fast pace, customer-focused environment and have the ability to make impartial decisions, quickly and efficiently, based on facts. You must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and an eye for detail. You must be self-motivated and have the ability to remain calm whilst managing numerous priorities. Good IT and systems skills are essential. You Will Also Be Required To Have Post-high school (post-secondary education) diploma, degree, or equivalent education in any discipline related to food, science, manufacturing, processing, or production. Experience in conducting and delivering assessments, including RSPO, MSPO, etc. is essential, as is experience with the palm oil production sector. Experience auditing CPO Mill\'s supply chain elements covering would be preferred. Social field experience in the palm oil sector relevant to the audit or demonstrably equivalent work experience (e.g. workers\' welfare, land rights, gender, and indigenous people issues, social equivalent auditing experience, sector with similar environment such as agriculture and mining). Exiting qualified Lead Auditor/Auditor for the above schemes would be an added advantage.
