Great that you\'re thinking about a career with BSI! We have key positions available for this role as a Client Manager (Auditor) to build a strong team of professionals at a country level. Applicants will be part of a dynamic team of specialists involved to conduct various types of audits and to work closely with BSI clients to help them improve their performance by assessing their systems and processes against ISO and BSI standards. Your key responsibilities in this role will be to: Prepare assessment reports and deliver findings to clients to ensure client understanding of the assessment decision and clear direction to particular items of corrective action where appropriate Recommend the issue, re-issue, or withdrawal of certificates, and report recommendations in accordance with BSI policy, procedures, and prescribed time frame. Maintain overall account responsibility and accountability for nominated accounts to ensure an effective partnership, whilst ensuring excellent service delivery and account growth. Lead assessment teams as required ensuring that team members are adequately briefed so that quality of service is maintained and that effective working relationships are sustained both with clients and within the team. Provide accurate and prompt information to support services, working closely with them to ensure that client records are up to date and complete and that all other internal information requirements are met. Coach colleagues as appropriate especially where those members are inexperienced assessors or unfamiliar with clients\' business/technology and assist in the induction and coaching of new colleagues as requested. Plan/schedule workloads to make the best use of own time and maximize revenue-earning activity. To be successful in this role you need to thrive in a process-driven, fast pace, customer-focused environment and have the ability to make impartial decisions, quickly and efficiently, based on facts. You must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and an eye for detail. You must be self-motivated and have the ability to remain calm whilst managing numerous priorities. Good IT and systems skills are essential. You will also be required to have: Educated to degree level in related fields or have a further education diploma with proven experiences in manufacturing and/or service industries. Experience in conducting and delivering assessments, including ISO/IEC standards (e.g., QMS, EMS, OHSMS, etc.) is essential, as is experience with related manufacturing and service industries and/or government agencies. Experience in CSR and Supplier assessments (APCSA, RBA, TAPA, etc.) would be an added advantage. An exciting, qualified Lead Auditor/Auditor for the above-related schemes would be an added advantage. It is essential that you are qualified in a minimum of three (3) of the below standards.
