We are looking for a Media Sales Manager to lead the Carousell Media Group\'s sales team in Malaysua. In this role, you will be responsible for the revenue generation and management of advertising agencies and direct clients.

Reporting to the Regional Sales Director, you will be focused on conceiving and pitching creative marketing solutions to targeted advertisers and driving revenue whilst increasing the client base and creating new business opportunities. You will understand and be able to articulate the value proposition of Carousell to the advertising community.

You Will

• Play a key role in leading, building and managing a talented, motivated, highly consultative sales team in Malaysia
• Actively manage and build strong senior relationships with our key agencies
• Aggressively grow revenue and track retention of clients and/or agencies, negotiating additional budgets and up-selling new advertising solutions

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in digital advertising sales with a strong network within the top ad agencies in Malaysia
• Proven track record in identifying new opportunities and closing deals with a solution-based approach to selling
• Experience with using CRM platforms. Salesforce experience is plus.

Preferred

• An avid Carousell user and/or familiar with using the Carousell app and its features (include your Carousell username in your application)
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Experience at a DSP, trading desk, or ad tech company preferred
