We\'ve grown from just Sweden to also have offices in Portugal, the UK, and now Malaysia with the addition of Malaysian studio The Gang Asia (formerly known as Common Extract), where you\'ll be working!About the positionAs the Client Partnership, you will play a key role in the continued growth of our Malaysian studio The Gang Asia (formerly known as Common Extract). You will be responsible for identifying potential clients or business opportunities, establishing and nurturing relationships with them, and ultimately converting these prospects into partnerships. Discord and Slack are your best friends!Work time: Full time - 40 hours a weekCompany language: EnglishResponsibilitiesEstablish good business rapport with potential clientsScale business relationships with current partners/clientsHelp manage day-to-day client communicationMaintain trust and positive client experience by tackling queries and complaintsConduct research on prospective clients, perform market and competitive researchWrite up briefs, present internationally competitive pitches, and proposals for esteem brands and international clientsCommunicate customer feedback to Marketing, Sales and Product Development teamsWork closely with the admin and management team including production, code, game design, art team to build and roll-out the projectsWho you areWell-seasoned in sales or client relationship managementExperienced in client facing roles and building lasting business relationships with existing and potential partners/clientsResilience to seize opportunities and turn them into new business venturesExisting networks within entertainment, retail, fashion, advertisement and media agency networkExcellent customer service and interpersonal skillsProven ability to collaborate effectively and drive initiatives with cross functional partnersClear display of initiative in anticipating and meeting or exceeding the business demands of international clientsFlexible to travel around the region especially SingaporeMust be proficient in English, both written and spoken.
