Job Details

Position: Client Relation Executive
Salary: RM2,500 - RM2,800
Working Hours: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Working Days: Monday - Friday
Location: 21, Jalan Eco Perindustrian 1/3B, Eco Business Park V, 42300 Puncak Alam, Selangor

As a Client Relation Executive, you will be the brand's representative in public-facing events, community outreach, and customer engagement activities.
Your role is to connect with people, promote brand awareness, and ensure every interaction reflects the company's values and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

1) Coordinate and execute product sampling and brand activation events at schools, kindergartens, and community locations.
2) Engage with the public, especially parents and children, representing the brand in a positive and professional manner.
3) Collect customer feedback and testimonials in various formats (written, photo, or video).
4) Support public relations (PR) activities by liaising with schools, event organizers, and distributing press kits.
5) Ensure all event setups comply with brand guidelines, including booths, uniforms, and promotional materials.
6) Assist in developing creative and cost-effective giveaways and event materials.
7) Track and manage inventory for sampling items and promotional stock.
8) Submit weekly reports including event outcomes, photos, and customer feedback.

Requirements / Preferred Qualifications

1) Diploma / Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related fields is preferred.
2) Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (event/PR experience is an added advantage).
3) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4) Outgoing, approachable, and confident in engaging with both adults and children.
5) Creative thinker with problem-solving skills, especially in event planning and execution.
6) Organized and able to manage multiple tasks, stock, and reporting.
7) Willingness to travel to event locations as required.
