Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid role located in Kuala Lumpur, with flexibility for remote work. As a Client Services Manager (B2B), you will be responsible for maintaining excellent relationships with our business clients, navigating and negotiating agreements, and delivering high-quality service. You will collaborate with our Sales, Marketing, Production, Editorial, and IT teams to execute ad campaigns, build brand awareness, and position us as a key player in the beauty industry. You will be able to identify opportunities for business process optimization and improvement and work with cross-functional teams to deliver valuable solutions. Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management, client services, or sales in a B2B environment Experience in negotiating, navigating and delivering agreements for clients Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, including the ability to communicate with clients and internal teams Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams Experience in data analysis, identifying trends and insights, and presenting data-driven solutions Familiarity with the beauty industry, digital marketing trends, and social media platforms Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, and Client Relationship Management (CRM) software
