JOB DESCRIPTION
POSITION : Client Services Supervisor
REPORTING TO : Client Services Manager / Service Operations Manager
1. JOB PURPOSE
This role is to lead a team with all the policy administration functions including plan automation,
group setup, billing, commission, credit control and eligibility, to ensure the accurate and timely
policy inception/renewal processes for the Asia Pacific Global Health Benefits business. The
position holder will continuously enhance work processes and will be involved in relevant projects
in order to improve Operational Excellence and to meet all the SLAs (Service Level Agreement).
