Position Title Native Japanese Client Services Analyst

\xe3\x83\xbbFollow procedures to process new business plan application, enter detail and accurate information, and create account accordingly in the company Software Tools.

\xe3\x83\xbbTo perform and ensure the risks are accessed in accordance with the company guidelines and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) requirements, and determine whether to accept, modify or decline the application.

\xe3\x83\xbbEvaluate all products by assessing the risks according to company guidelines and regulations.

\xe3\x83\xbbTo investigate all information and ensure timely escalation of alerts to the appropriate parties for further review.

\xe3\x83\xbbLiaise with Regulatory Compliance Officer for advice and other business units for information where required.

\xe3\x83\xbbAdvise clients on the progress of their applications/requests.

\xe3\x83\xbbFollow up the request on rider added from existing clients.

\xe3\x83\xbbTo perform any incoming changes request.

\xe3\x83\xbbApply or adapt knowledge (obtained from training) to the task at hand.

\xe3\x83\xbbAssist general inquiries from client or broker via phone or written in a professional and courteous manner.

\xe3\x83\xbbPerform other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor/manager.

Location Kuala Lumpur
Requirements \xe2\x9c\x93Candidate possess at least a Degree/Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Admin, or a related field qualification preferred.

\xe2\x9c\x93Experience candidate must have at least 2-3 years relevant hands-on experience in client services, insurance industry, banking, and financial institution.

\xe2\x9c\x93With experience specialize in Anti-Money Laundering, Customer Due Diligence and Know Your Customer (AML/CDD/KYC) will be added advantage.

\xe2\x9c\x93Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, training will be provided.

\xe2\x9c\x93Computer literate, especially in Excel / Word.

\xe2\x9c\x93Excellent command of written and spoken in English and Japanese.

\xe2\x9c\x93Essential typing skill in English and Japanese.

\xe2\x9c\x93With PR, Temporary Residence Pass, spouse visa or dependents visa will be an added advantage.

\xe2\x9c\x93Sense of responsibility and patience.

\xe2\x9c\x93Demonstrate strong analytical skills, data literacy, and attention to detail.
