The Client Servicing Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring a seamless client experience through proactive communication, efficient job coordination, and consistent service excellence. This role supports the activation and delivery of client jobs, ensuring all activities are executed accurately and on time.
You'll work closely with Operations, Sales, Finance, and Support teams to manage workflows, maintain client satisfaction, and deliver high-quality service outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and track client job activations, ensuring smooth and timely execution.
Communicate proactively with clients on project progress, changes, and approvals.
Follow established Standard Operating Procedures to maintain accuracy and efficiency.
Manage deadlines and follow up with clients and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery.
Conduct client walkthrough calls, address inquiries, and build strong client relationships.
Maintain detailed records and correspondence in a professional, customer-friendly manner.
Support other operational tasks or projects as assigned.
Skills & Experience
Proven experience in client service, coordination, or operations support.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (spoken & written English).
Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
Proactive, problem-solving mindset and a positive "can-do" attitude.
Able to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with broadcast or advertising services is an advantage.
Willing to work under ANZ shift
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
