Your Role
As our Account Executive, you are the glue between clients and creatives. You'll handle communications, timelines, and expectations -- ensuring great ideas become great work.
Key Responsibilities
Client Servicing & Communication
Be the main point of contact for your assigned clients
Understand client objectives and translate them into actionable briefs
Lead client meetings, write meeting minutes, and manage project follow-ups
Present work confidently and manage client expectations professionally
Project Management
Coordinate across departments (creative, digital, video, etc.) to meet deadlines
Monitor timelines, budgets, deliverables, and campaign quality
Track campaign performance and client satisfaction
Support proposal and pitch deck preparation

A clear communicator with confidence and professionalism
Meticulous with timelines, briefs, and follow-through
Curious about brands, marketing, and storytelling
Able to manage multiple campaigns without losing focus
Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a plus)
3-4 years experience in client servicing, project coordination, or agency work preferred
