You will work with the Education team and its brands \xe2\x80\x93 Afterschool.my and Schooladvisor.my. Your primary objective is to build and maintain positive relationships with existing clients and manage ongoing campaigns, working towards renewals and/or upselling of services provided. You will report to the Team Lead - Client Servicing. Your role and responsibilities are detailed as follows;
1.Client Onboarding
Attend Internal Meeting with Sales Team to familiarise yourself with the package signed by the client.
Attend Onboarding Meeting with the Sales Team and Client
Reconfirm Package signed by client and highlight the materials required from client.
To discuss clients pain points and USP to develop a suitable branded content.
Highlight the KPI we will be working towards
Highlight other opportunities client can utilise with Afterschool.my/SchoolAdvisor.my
2. Campaign Setup
You will be in charge of setting up the Branding Campaign and Branded Content for client (upon obtaining materials from them) in Afterschool.my and Schooladvisor.my. This will require you to master the respective CMS/DMS.
3. Campaign Management and Monitoring
To Manage and Monitor Branding Campaign and Lead Generation deliverables are achieving its KPI.
BRANDING CAMPAIGN
Ensuring all advertisements are running without glitch on the portal and achieves KPI.
Ensuring featured listing settings are showing all active campaigns.
Liaise with Content Team to generate Branded Content as per clients requirement during onboarding
Ensure Branded content are achieving its KPI.
LEAD GENERATION
Monitoring number of leads accumulated by clients are moving towards KPI.
Monitoring number of leads accumulated by non-advertisers, which can be potential clients.
4. Campaign Reporting
Email summary of leads accumulated for the week to clients every Friday.
Performance Reports must be given to the client on a monthly basis. To master Google Analytics in order to provide learnings in the report.
Calling for Monthly Client Meeting and Sending M.O.M to clients after every meeting
5. Campaign Renewals/Upselling
Provide Sales TWO MONTHS NOTICE before end of campaign to start talk on renewal
To provide suggestions on what to upsell to client based on learnings in teh campaign reports.
