Job Description


Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities: Manage client accounts by maintaining close productive relationships with existing clients to ensure continuing contracts. Manage relationships with all relevant stakeholders. Foster strong and long-term client relationships. Coordinating with internal teams to meet project milestones, to execute and fulfill clients job requests and requirements. Responsible for taking enquiry details from clients accurately and maintaining accurate information. Develop and maintain understanding of company products and services. Developing budgets and timelines for clients. Implement digital strategies by taking into consideration the specific requirements of the clients Oversee Social Media, working together with an internal team to produce contents, proofreading content before posting, plan and approve all social media related material. Prepare Contact Reports and Work-in-Progress sheets for all meetings. Manage and prepare creative briefs. Core Behavioral Competencies: Candidates possess at least a Bachelor\'s degree (or in progress) in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or Business related courses. Good command of English & Mandarin in both written and verbal. Should be highly self-motivated and self-driven, energetic, aggressive, innovative and have a positive and great working attitude. Exerts attention to detail, as clients may have the same problems; reports the problems as necessary. Manages conflict effectively through persuasion and negotiations. Adapts to changing circumstances, embraces change, is open to new ideas and deals effectively with ambiguity. Works productively in a stressful environment, controls emotions in difficult situations and handles criticism effectively. Highly committed and results-oriented person and able to work under pressure. Be sensitive to the current market trends by observing regularly and performing competitor analysis in a bid to stay ahead. Answer client queries promptly and efficiently.
