to handle daily customer interactions and support for our beauty and aesthetic clientele in Singapore. You'll be the voice and heart of our brand -- engaging customers through WhatsApp, social media, and calls with professionalism, care, and confidence.
Responsibilities:
Handle inbound customer inquiries via WhatsApp, social media, and calls (~100 texts per day).
Provide timely, accurate, and courteous responses to customer queries about treatments, promotions, and appointments.
Maintain strong follow-up and relationship-building to ensure repeat visits and satisfaction.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer experience and resolution of issues
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system.
Support ad-hoc administrative or coordination tasks related to customer engagement.
What We're Looking For:
Proficiency in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients.
Pleasant and confident communication skills, with a clear and engaging voice.
Excellent interpersonal, empathy, and problem-solving abilities.
Prior experience in customer service, online chat support, or client coordination preferred.
Self-motivated, persuasive, and goal-oriented with proven sales or tele-sales experience (commission-based structure).
Passion for beauty, aesthetics, and wellness is an advantage.

Fully remote (work from the comfort of your own home!)
Working Hours:
Monday to Sunday - 10am to 8pm (either Monday, Tuesday OR Sunday off)
Public holidays are based off the Singapore calendar
