Knowledge & Skills



Manage inbound calls, live chats, and email inquiries from customers regarding product details, order updates, returns, and other related questions. Deliver accurate and timely support to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention. Address and resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally, escalating more complex cases to the relevant teams when required. Accurately process orders, exchanges, and returns in the system while maintaining detailed records of all customer interactions and transactions. Stay well-informed on product updates, promotions, and company policies to provide effective assistance and support brand loyalty. Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to resolve customer concerns and enhance the overall customer experience. Meet or exceed service level agreements (SLAs) and performance targets set by the department. Maintain a positive, courteous, and professional attitude during all customer interactions, consistently representing the brand well.

3.0 Qualification and Background Requirements



Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the e-commerce industry. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey information and resolve issues effectively. Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset, with a genuine commitment to providing outstanding service. Ability to multitask and perform efficiently in a fast-paced environment while handling multiple inquiries at once. Proficiency in customer service software, live chat tools, and email platforms. Willingness to work on public holidays and weekends, especially during peak periods or promotional campaigns, to support customer demand.
