Provide administrative support to Institutional Business East Malaysia (INSTI-EM).
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to Institutional Biz East Malaysia Team
Handle request and enquiries from corporate clients and RHB Bank (referral) for statement of account, tax voucher, products information, account opening procedure and investment return/yield monthly update
Responsible in submission of corporate client\xe2\x80\x99s transaction\xe2\x80\x93submission of all corporate clients of East Malaysia\xe2\x80\x99s sales booking listing to HQ within stipulated time frame
Compile documents for new on boarding clients, re-activation of account and annual review documents to CCOB
Collaborate closely with existing corporate clients and RHB Commercial/Corporate Banking clients in updating account status and products information.
Ensure all relevant marketing materials are comply with updated guidelines & procedures
Provide excellent customers\xe2\x80\x99 services to corporate clients in order to fulfill their needs and satisfaction of business experience with RHB
After licensed with FIMM, marketing activity will be guided by superior
Other ad-hoc responsibilities assigned by the Management from time to time
RequirementsRequirements: Bachelor Degree - Any related field(s).- Require to pass CUTE exam and licensed with FIMM within 1 year of joiningMinimum 2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in asset management or unit trust industry and a thorough understanding marketing support functions
