Work you\'ll do

The Client To Cash - Front Office (CTC_FO) team performs business critical client-facing processes for Deloitte engagement teams including billing, collections, and client engagement support. The team bill more than $2B per period. The CTC-FO team leverages advanced tools and BOTs to help drive process quality and efficiency. The team works closely with the member firm business to ensure our service aligns to their go-to-market strategy. As a manager in our organization, you will be responsible for team members and processes within the CTC-FO organization. You will be responsible for quality service delivery to our clients, the development of our staff, and the effectiveness and efficiency of our processes. Additionally, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Ensure Industry best practices, innovation, and automation are in place to make application occur in the most efficient and accurate way.
  • Ensure effective internal controls in place and reviews are conducted as required.
  • Ensure processes within your area of responsibility are delivered with superior quality, efficiency, and adhere to GFS global standard processes.
  • Perform various ad hoc analysis as required
  • Guide and manage direct reports providing daily operational support, performance monitoring, and career development.

Requirements
  • Minimum of overall 8-10 years of experience working in a large corporate and with international clients
  • Should be currently in the role of an Assistant Manager with 1 to 3 years of experience in people management
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Project management skills is a plus
  • Ability to build rapport with key stakeholders - internally and externally
  • Good organization skills
  • Demonstrate initiative, follow-through and problem solving ability
  • Quality and deadline driven
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Team player with energy and enthusiasm
  • Advanced to Mastery skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
