Job Description

Clinic Assistant Responsibilities:

Creating a positive experience by welcoming and assisting clinic patients.

Preparing patient files by obtaining personal and health information.

Maintaining patient data records for evaluation and health insurance purposes.

Performing minor diagnostic tests and procedures as directed by healthcare professionals.

Promoting patient safety by maintaining a clean and hygienic environment.

Mediating between patients and healthcare providers.

Guiding patients through the clinic's various facilities and procedures.

Setting up and stocking examination and procedure rooms.

Sterilizing medical equipment and sanitizing designated areas.

Assist doctors and clinic in serving and providing patient care for all clinical general duties as assigned.

Perform other administrative duties of the clinic, ensure patient's record are maintained and updated accordingly.

Perform other clinical duties as and when assigned by the Branch Manager and doctor.

Provide clinical care, conduct exams, and collect basic information from and for patients. ... Schedule patients, rooms, and equipment and ensure room turnover. Educate patients, advocates and families about diagnoses, treatments and options.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
