Main Duties & Responsibilities:

Front Desk & Patient Registration

Greet and check in patients at the reception counter. Manage appointment bookings and patient flow. Answer phone calls and assist with basic patient inquiries. Handle billing, collect payments, and issue receipts using clinic software.

Clinical Support

Assist the doctor or nurse during treatments or procedures. Help take basic readings such as temperature, weight, and blood pressure (if trained). Set up and clean consultation rooms before and after use. Disinfect and prepare medical instruments properly.

Supplies & Inventory

Monitor stock levels for medicine and clinic supplies. Assist in stock ordering and inventory checks. Make sure all supplies are stored properly and safely.

Cleanliness & Safety

Keep the clinic clean and tidy at all times, including the waiting area, consultation rooms, and toilets. Follow clinic hygiene procedures and proper waste disposal. Support basic infection control practices.

Patient Support

Provide basic assistance to patients, including elderly or disabled individuals. Ensure patients are attended to and feel comfortable. Alert the nurse or doctor if a patient needs urgent help.

Requirements:

Education:

Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification. Healthcare-related training or experience is a plus.

Experience:

0-2 years of work experience in a clinic or healthcare setting. On-the-job training will be provided.

Skills & Qualities:

Friendly, polite, and patient-focused attitude. Good communication in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Able to multitask and work as part of a team. Basic computer skills (e.g., email, clinic software).

Pay: RM1,700.00 per month
