Job Description

• Assist healthcare professionals in providing care to patients.
• Coordinate and schedule patient appointments, ensuring efficient time management.
• Greet and check-in patients, ensuring accurate and up-to-date registration.
• Collect and record patient information, maintain confidentiality and accuracy.
• Prepare examination rooms and ensure they are well-stocked with necessary supplies.
• Provide support in taking patients\' vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature.
• Assist in administering basic medical procedures, under the supervision of healthcare professionals.
• Maintain a clean and organized clinic environment, adhering to infection control protocols.
• Manage and maintain patient records, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
• Respond to patient inquiries and provide assistance, directing them to the appropriate healthcare professional when necessary.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working in a healthcare or clinical setting is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in using electronic medical record systems.
• Ability to multi-task and handle various administrative duties efficiently.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and basic medical procedures.
• CPR certification is a plus.
• Compassionate and empathetic nature.
• Reliable and punctual.
