Job Description
Responsibilities
- Greet and care for all patients in a polite and courteous manner
- In- charge of patient registration, dispensary, payment, appointments & follow up
- Respond to phone calls and attend patient\xe2\x80\x99s enquiries
- Assist doctor in minor procedures in the clinic
- Delivers direct patient care; assesses patients physical, psychosocial and/ or emotional needs; provides patients and family teaching; triages patients and inform physician of patients status
- Maintain clinic hygiene and equipment sterilization.
- Perform daily clerical, logistical & administrative support to clinic i.e. stock checks, panels key-in

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)
- Clinical Assistant: 1 year (Preferred)
