Job Description
Clinic Assistant at J Care Clinic (general practitioner), Sunway City Iskandar Puteri, Johor. Clinic operating hours:
- Friday to Wednesday: 8:30am - 9:00pm (2 shifts)
- Thursday OFF
- OT
- EPF & SOCSO

- Clinic Assistant: SPM
- Nurse: Diploma in nursing or equivalent
- With or without experience (training will be provided)
- Able to communicate with patients in English
- Able to communicate in Korean/Japanese/Mandarin is an added advantage
- Able to work in 2 shift
- Own transport
- Long term commitment
- Available in DECEMBER 2023
- Provide assistance to the doctor in Clinic
- Handling front desk registration of patients, scheduling of appointments, dispensing medications, collecting payment
- Delivering excellent service quality to patients
- Prepare treatment room and patients for any clinical procedures
- Maintain the cleanliness of the Clinic
- Organize and manage Clinic day-to-day work
- Assist in checking and maintaining inventory and treatment supplies
