Communicate with doctors about patients' progress and condition throughout treatment.
Liaise with medical staff and patients in making appointments
Update and document all medical care given to the patients.
Deal with inquiries to provide non-clinical advice and information on clinic services
To perform daily billing management and ensure all transactions are tallied with the taking before closing
accounts.
To manage clinic administration work and the company's online system
Monitor and order medicines and products
To perform other tasks as and when requested from time to time
