Welcome patients warmly and handle registration, appointments, and inquiries.
Prepare consultation rooms and assist doctors during medical examinations or minor procedures.
Dispense prescribed medications and provide clear instructions for use (under the doctor's direction).
Help ensure patient comfort and privacy at all times.
Administrative Duties
Manage patient records, billing, and daily cash transactions accurately.
Coordinate appointments and follow-ups using the clinic's management system.
Assist with insurance or panel claim documentation when required.
Maintain confidentiality of all patient information.
Inventory & Clinic Maintenance
Monitor and replenish medical supplies and medications regularly.
Check stock expiry dates and maintain proper inventory records.
Ensure the clinic environment is clean, tidy, and well-organized according to health and safety standards.
General Assistance
Support the doctor and clinic team in day-to-day operations.
Perform any additional duties as assigned by the doctor or clinic manager.
Requirements
Minimum
SPM qualification
Prior experience working in a GP or medical clinic is preferred.
Proficient in
Bahasa Malaysia and Basic English
Computer literate and familiar with clinic management software.
Friendly, responsible, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Willing to work on weekends or shifts.
