Position: Clinic Assistant / Senior Clinic Assistant Industry: Aesthetic Clinic Salary Package: RM 1500 \xe2\x80\x93 RM2500 Working Location: Damansara Utama, 47400 Petaling Jaya, Selangor Working Hours: 8am - 10pm (on-shift rotation) [Working hour may be different with the adjustment of different branch] \xe2\x80\xa2 Morning shift: 7.30am - 4pm \xe2\x80\xa2 Evening shift: 1.30pm \xe2\x80\x93 10pm Working Days: Thursday to Tuesday (close on Wednesday) Benefits: \xe2\x80\xa2 OT \xe2\x80\xa2 Bonus \xe2\x80\xa2 EPF AND SOSCO \xe2\x80\xa2 High Commission \xe2\x80\xa2 13 days of Annual Leave \xe2\x80\xa2 Sick leave \xe2\x80\xa2 Medical Benefit : A Clinic Assistant ensures that patients get high-quality service by assisting doctors/nurses with patient care, basic diagnostics tests and record keeping at healthcare facilities. Job Responsibilities: \xe2\x80\xa2 Assisting patient on registration and update waiting time/ which consultation room. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist doctor/nurses with examinations and routine procedures. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist in preparing and dispensing medications. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist in / clinical procedures / operate medical equipment with care and professionalism. \xe2\x80\xa2 Answering and handling incoming calls on inquires accordingly. \xe2\x80\xa2 Monitor supplies of inventories and medications. \xe2\x80\xa2 To perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisor. \xe2\x80\xa2 Keep the clinic area clean and tidy. Requirement \xe2\x80\xa2 Candidate must possess at least SPM/"O" Level, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma or equivalent. \xe2\x80\xa2 At least 1 Year of working experience in the related field is required for this position. \xe2\x80\xa2 Fresh graduate / Clinic assistant / Medical Assistant / Pharmacy Assistant / Radiographer are encourage to apply. \xe2\x80\xa2 Required Skill(s): Good computer skills, good communication skills, Customer service orientated, detail-oriented with the ability to multitask. \xe2\x80\xa2 Positive attitude, passionate about collaborative teamwork, good interpersonal skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to do shift work/ night shift.
