Requirements

• SPM qualification or fresh graduates
• Proficient in these 3 languages: Mandarin, English and BM (Speak, Read & Type)
• Regular working shifts with 5 normal working days (Mon-Fri, 9am - 6pm)
• Have no issue to based at Petaling Jaya Office, Selangor
• Able to start working on 10 May 2023

• Ability to handle inbound in manage customer inquiries and issues via phone / email or chat.
• Willing to assist customers to solve their problems and issues on time by using good communication skill and positive attitude.
• Work in a team to achieve targeted KPI.

• Monthly Salary: RM 2,000 basic + RM 500 Mandarin Fixed Allowance + Up to RM 400 KPI Allowance + OT Claim (min RM 10 per hour)
• Annual leaves + Medical leaves + EPF + SOCSO

• 1-2 weeks paid training provided
