Requirements

• Fresh graduates and SPM holders are welcome to apply (no experience required)
• Mandarin, English and basic BM (Read, Speak, Type)
• Have no issue to work on Rotational shift with 5 rotational working days (9 hours per shift including 1-hour break time, 7am - 3am).
• Have no issue to based at Petaling Jaya Office, Selangor
• Able to start working on 12 April 2023

• Able to handle inbound and outbound in regarding to customers\' inquiries, issues or complaints on telecom services.
• Ready to assist customers to solve their problems and issues on time by using good communication skill.
• Work in a team to achieve targeted KPI.

• Monthly Salary: RM 2,800 basic + Up to RM 400 Night Shift Allowance + Up to RM 300 KPI Allowance + OT Claim (min RM 10 per hour)
• 12 Days Annual leaves + 14 Days Medical leaves + EPF + SOCSO
• Career advancement (internal promotion)
• 1 month paid training
• Facilities: Pool, Gym, Rest & Relax zone, Cafeteria
• Closed to Ara Damansara LRT or Subang Jaya Komuter
