Requirements

• Applicants with SPM qualification or fresh graduates (SPM: min 3 years of customer service experiences; Diploma: min 1 year of customer service experience; Degree/above: 0 experience)
• High proficiency in Traditional Mandarin and English (Read, Speak, Type)
• Have no issue to work on 24 hours\' rotational shift with 5 working days (9 hours per shift including 1-hour break time)
• Location: KL Sentral Office, Malaysia
• Able to start working on 3 May 2023

• Handle all inbound (live chat, email) in regarding to customers\' issues / problems / complaints if facing any difficulties on posts / comments
• Passionate and ability to use positive language in handling customers\' issues and complaints whenever necessary
• Work in a team to achieve targeted KPI

• Monthly Salary: RM 3,000 min basic+ RM 500 Fixed Complexity Allowance + KPI Allowance + Night Shift Allowance
• EPF + SOCSO + Annual leaves + Medical leaves
