- SPM qualification or fresh graduates
- Proficient in these 3 languages: Mandarin, English and BM (Speak, Read & Type)
- Regular working shifts with 5 normal working days (Mon-Fri, 9am - 6pm)
- Have no issue to based at Petaling Jaya Office, Selangor
- Able to start working on 10 May 2023
- Ability to handle inbound in manage customer inquiries and issues via phone / email or chat.
- Willing to assist customers to solve their problems and issues on time by using good communication skill and positive attitude.
- Work in a team to achieve targeted KPI.
- Monthly Salary: RM 2,000 basic + RM 500 Mandarin Fixed Allowance + Up to RM 400 KPI Allowance + OT Claim (min RM 10 per hour)
- Annual leaves + Medical leaves + EPF + SOCSO
- Career advancement (internal promotion)
- 1-2 weeks paid training provided

- Closed to Ara Damansara LRT / Subang Jaya Komuter
