-Serve as a patient liaison, helping patients understand their treatment plans and guiding them through the process.
-Coordinate appointments, consultations, and follow-up care for patients.
-Liaise closely with doctors/ dentists/ therapists in order to obtain updates/avoid delay in the patient pathway.
-Obtain instructions regarding further treatment from qualified personnel and arranging for reception of patients at treatment facilities.
-Monitor patient progress and provide ongoing support and guidance.
-Justify emergency cases and provide alternatives
-Ensure copies of letters, bills and forms reach the appropriate people within the timeframe.

Effective with verbal and written communications.
Patience, emotional stability and empathy.
Good sense of urgency
Able to speak English and Mandarin
