Salary: MYR 4,000 - MYR 5,000 SOCSO & EPF Provided Working Day: Monday - Friday Working Hours: 8.00am - 5.30pm Job Responsibilities: - Implement business strategies to help the clinic meet organizational goals. Recruit and coordinate the training of new employees. Manage employees by assigning and delegating tasks as needed. Develop protocols and procedures to improve staff productivity. Provide employee reviews and constructive feedback on their performance. Grow and manage teams under your direction, providing opportunities for growth and leadership development. Digital workflow design and setup. Job Requirements: - At least 3 years of working experience in a related field such as aesthetic, dentistry, medical, specialist, physiotherapy, health screening, and Medical Centre (preferable with 2 years in clinic management). 5 working days in a week. Required Language: Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin speaking customers) Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Words, MS project and MS PowerPoint is an advantage. With own personal transport and willing to travel when needed. Able to work independently and in a dynamic environment. Strong analytical thinking skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment when making a decision. Possess excellent planning, organizing, supervisory and motivational skills. Excellent interpersonal skills, energetic and proactive approach with the ability to communicate effectively with people. Positive attitude with strong inter-personal communication skills.
