Job Description
- Greetings and attending patients with utmost care
- Conduct market research and analyze consumer rating reports/ questionnaires
- Update spreadsheets, databases and inventories with statistical, financial and non-financial information
- Compose and post online content on the company\xe2\x80\x99s website and social media accounts
- Communicate directly with patients and encourage trusting relationships
- Work closely with Sales & Marketing team to increase revenue
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Melayu
- Pleasant personality with good communication skills
- Friendly and outgoing character
- Proficiency in Microsoft
- Able to work in shifts
