As a Clinical Executive, you\'ll play a crucial role in driving service excellence and promoting key dialysis products aligned with business objectives. Your responsibilities will include conducting continuous nursing education and device user training to ensure patients feel confident in the clinical applications. You\'ll also provide general account management and support, ensuring effective training programs for safe and effective medical device usage.

• Support the Area Business Executive in meeting territorial business and clinical needs to ensure excellent service across Haemodialysis accounts in Public, Private, and NGO sectors.
• Promote and sell medical equipment and consumable products to all sectors while cultivating long-term relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Attend regular business reviews to assess account and territory performance.
• Identify new business opportunities, customers, markets, and potential products.
• Manage various administrative tasks such as inventory, account receivables, market competitor surveys, and competitor analysis.
• Coordinate events, talks, and seminars for customers, patients, and clients.
• Maintain strong relationships both within and outside the organisation, while also supporting education programs and providing clinical and product training as needed.

• A Registered Nurse with updated certifications.
• A background of at least 3 years in a relevant field, experience in Renal Nursing would be an advantage.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia, with strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Willing to travel extensively and provide service outside of regular hours, including weekends when needed.
• Must possess a personal vehicle and a valid driver\'s license.
• Proficient in using administrative IT tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint in daily tasks.
