Position Summary:

• Responsible for achieving pharmaceutical product sales to new and established hospital accounts to achieve sales objectives and greater market penetration.
• This job is eligible for sales incentives / sales commissions.

• Have a deep understanding on the given territory and priority products. Actively organize continuous learning and informational sessions , such as CMEs to enhance HCPs\' product knowledge and treatment guidelines.
• Establishing segmentation & targeting to incorporate into the business plan to align Janssen range of products with the right patients through the right customers.
• Drive effective XFT collaborations to increase efficiency and enhance customers\' experience.
• Responsible for ensuring high levels of productivity through field visits or calls to the customers.
• Build strong customer (KOL) relationships with the objective of improving sales volume to achieve sales targets and market share of designated products on a given territory.
• Differentiate products from all competitors and responds to customer issues confidently and appropriately.
• Actively pursue continuous learning and professional development to enhance selling skills and product knowledge.
• Ensure the accurate and timely completion of all reports. Handle enquiries and complaints quickly and professionally and in accordance with company procedures.
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability in problem-solving and negotiation.
