Clinical Implementation Specialist

Job Summary

• As a Clinical Implementation Specialist at ResMed, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end clinical implementation process of our solutions, ensuring seamless integration with our clients\' existing systems and workflows. You will work closely with clients, internal teams, and third-party partners to deliver high-quality clinical implementations that meet or exceed client expectations.

o Liaising with internal departments about product features and functionalities.

o Accommodating the schedules of healthcare professionals in setting appointments.

o Memorizing product features and presenting their functionalities, using applicable medical terminology.

o Conducting pre- sale and post-sale training sessions to individual product users, professional teams, or healthcare departments.

o Maintaining existing customer networks and informing customers of upgrades or new product lines.

o Analyzing competitor products and highlighting our unique product features in sales pitches.

o Develop and rapport building with key opinion leaders.

Let\xe2\x80\x99s talk about Qualifications and Experience

o Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in medical field / health science related

o 2-5 years of experience in a related medical field

o Exceptional sales skills and the ability to demonstrate product features using related medical terminology would be advantageous.

o Willingness to travel extensively and to be away from home, when required.

o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills suited to medical professionals.

Qualifications/experiences that are preferred for the position

o Sleep technologist or RPSGT

o Healthcare professionals with relevant sleep-disordered breathing and respiratory background, example: staff nurse from ENT, Respiratory and Intensive Care Unit are encouraged to apply.

o Experience in identifying new customers, negotiating deals, and meeting sales target will have added advantage.
