You\'ll develop and improve standards and best practices for various customer service platforms and ensure their successful implementation. Additionally, you\'ll support Onboarding Specialists with any platform-related queries.Job Responsibilities:
-Configure and optimize customer service platforms.
-Improve implementation processes for better client service.
-Create and maintain platform setup tutorials and SOPs.
-Audit and optimize client platforms.
-Support Onboarding Specialists with platform setup.
-Report progress and analytics to team leads and relevant members.Qualifications:
-3+ years in Customer Service (priority).
-IT or Computer Science background (preferred).
-Experience in eCommerce (preferred).
-Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets.
-Strong research, analytical, and communication skills.
-Familiarity with eCommerce tools like Gorgias, Shopify, Zendesk, etc. (preferred).
-Detail-oriented, self-starter with high energy and motivational skills.INTERNET REQUIREMENTS:
-Personally owned PC or laptop with a minimum of 15 Mbps for Upload & Download speed.
