Job Description

The Clinical Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of clinical trials within the life sciences industry. This role is based in Petaling Jaya and requires strong organizational and project management skills to ensure project success.

• Manage the end-to-end execution of clinical trials, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including medical, regulatory, and data management departments.
• Monitor trial progress and address any challenges to maintain quality and compliance.
• Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders and management.
• Ensure proper documentation of trial protocols, amendments, and outcomes.
• Oversee vendor selection and manage relationships with external partners.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes impacting clinical trials.

A successful Clinical Project Manager should have:

• A degree in life sciences, pharmacy, or a related field.
• Min 8 years of experience in managing clinical trials, preferably within the CRO/pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory guidelines and clinical trial processes.
• Excellent project management and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead and collaborate with diverse teams effectively.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
