• Candidate must possess at least an advanced Diploma / Degree in Science/Business related field.
• Minimum of 2 years working experience.
• Demonstrated problem solving, communication and teamwork skills, including the ability to drive clear verbal messages regarding technical subjects.
• Able to work comfortably in operating theatres.
• Able to work independently in stressful environment and work calmly under pressure.
• Ability to provide accurate, timely and effective customer service.
• Fundamental Computer Skills.
• Strong team player with the ability to work harmoniously with a diverse workforce.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel extensively.
• Nurses / Paramedical staff / Flight attendant / Customer service executives who are interested in working in Hospital environment are welcomed to apply.
• Required language(s): English & Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin or other local dialects will be added Advantage

• Provide effective technical consultative service to customers before, during and after routine surgical cases.
• Consistently drive customer and patient satisfaction.
• Case pre-arrangement including instrument & implant kits monitoring.
• Assist and support workshop and in service.
• Provide consigned and owned inventory management support by delivering, organizing and monitoring inventory of implants and instruments at customer location.
• Attend and support routine primary surgical procedures.
• Identify and troubleshoot product-related problems and/or issues related to a customer\'s application of a product.
• Assist in the return/addition of goods resulting from field service issues, stock adjustments, field actions, and administrative processes according to Company procedures.
• Ensure that products requiring maintenance and/or evaluation are returned to the company in a timely manner.
• Help drive sales initiatives by assisting with technology upgrades.
• Maintain product/instrumentation knowledge and professional skills through internal training, external seminars and other available means.
