Job Description

As a Talent Sourcing Specialist you will be building talent pools with candidates using social networks and other tools. You will be maintaining relationships with key members of the community and influencers.

Duties:

• Building Talent Pool
• Consult, brainstorm and ideate on social and digital content
• Act as a frontline Talent Consultant by interacting with people real time on various social platforms
• Managing tools \xe2\x80\x93 might be a combination of enterprise & social networks (FB, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc)
• Finding internal resources to respond to specific community discussions and coordinating cross-functional needs
• Channeling input and response from community into other organizational processes

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor\'s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Mass Communications or equivalent.
• Have excellent verbal & writing skills in English
• Proficient in utilising social/digital insights to better create relevant and engaging content on all social/digital platforms
• Results focused, with a strong commercial acumen, self-motivated and driven to take initiative
• Highly organized, with excellent time-management skills who can respond positively to changing priorities
• Enthusiastic, proactive individual with a "can do attitude" who can work at all levels with a high level of attention to detail
• Good knowledge of Information Technology

• Basic Salary + On-Target Incentive + Allowance
• Office Hour work (Mon to Fri)
• Basic Salary Range: RM 2500 \xe2\x80\x93 RM 5000
• Based in Johor Bahru, Malaysia
