Talent Sourcing Specialist - Hybrid

Working hours: Monday- Friday, normal working hours

Job brief:

We are hiring a talented Sourcing Specialist to support our recruitment team in helping us find qualified candidates in a timely manner.

Job Responsibilities:

• Understanding the ongoing hiring needs of the business and establishing the right sourcing mix to generate a strong pool of talent for open roles
• Using social media networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter) to look for and connect with potential candidates.
• Drafting & publishing attractive job advertisements and managing responses
• Doing the first-round screening for applicants & ensure a strong candidate experience
• Reviewing online portfolios and resumes to pre-screen candidates.
• Log candidate information in our Applicant Tracking System and other internal databases
• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify each position\xe2\x80\x99s requirements
• Send recruiting emails and follow up with candidates
• Ask for referrals from internal and external networks for hard-to-fill roles
• Develop a network of potential candidates and industry professionals
• Identify future hiring needs and proactively source potential hires
• Measure and report on recruiting metrics, like the source of hire and time-to-fill

• Candidate should possess a Diploma / Advanced Diploma, Bachelor\'s Degree or equivalent in Human Resource Management, Business Studies / Administration / Management and all other fields.
• Proven work experience as a Sourcing Specialist in a fast pace industry or similar role.
• Preferably a minimum of 2 years of recruitment in BPO working experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (particularly business email writing knowledge)
• Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) and other Human Resources Management software
• Familiar with social networks, professional sites and resume databases
• Good time-management skills with the ability to handle various open positions simultaneously
