As the Regional Sourcing Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and attracting top talent across the Asia Pacific Region. You will collaborate with the Regional Talent Acquisition Specialist to develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to meet our hiring goals. The objectives for the position is to explore and expand recruiting channels, building a present and future talent pipelines for key positions, and maintaining relationships with potential candidates.

Conduct thorough research and sourcing activities using various tools and resources to identify potential candidates in relevant industry across the Asia Pacific Region
Screen and assess candidate qualifications and suitability for specific job requirements
Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future positions
Develop and maintain relationships with potential candidates and talent communities
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Provide support to all-round talent acquisition activities across the region
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and recruitment best practices
Are you a MATCH?
Experienced in talent sourcing or recruitment, preferably in the mechanical, industrial, and engineering industry.
Holds a Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree.
Strong knowledge and understanding of the talent sourcing process and recruitment strategies.
Experience using Boolean search techniques and LinkedIn Recruiter to identify passive candidates.
A team player and willingness to support when needed on various recruiting initiatives and projects.
Proficiency in English is a must, Good command of Japanese\xef\xbc\x8cMadarin or Vietnamese is preferred
