Job Responsibilities:

Primary Responsibilities: Education (Internal & External)

Co-leads, with sales rep, clinical/sales joint calls to discuss on-label scientific evidence & procedures for company products

Supports sales conversion and in-service for company products.

Delivers product clinical training to sales and marketing.

Responsible for extending technical and clinical support for the division

Work with Division Sales Leader to regularly assess, enhance and maintain 3M Sales Teams & Channel partners\xe2\x80\x99 Sales Teams\xe2\x80\x99 capability to recommend 3M clinical solutions to Health Care professionals.

Takes an active role as an educator to nurses and doctors to promote best practices in the field Health Care.

Updating Reference and Supporting Material with inputs from Region / APL.

Secondary Responsibilities: Commercialization

Instrumental in the division\'s New Product Introduction programs ensuring successful commercialization of all new products.

Liaise with Activation Marketer for any product trials

With inputs from Regulatory Affairs, Ensure 3M & Distributor Sales Teams are updated with latest regulations.

Required Experience & Qualification:

Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Nursing

Prior hands-on experience as OR/OT or orthopedic implant Scrub Nurse is compulsory for this role

Experienced as a clinical/product manager/product executive in pharmaceutical company, and in the Critical Care Unit or Emergency Department

A mature individual with a business development and a winning mindset

Has strong analytical thinking, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills

Able to work well independently and in a team

Willing to spend about 50% of time working out of the office

Outstation traveling is required
