Clinical Speech Therapist (Full-Time)

is hiring a

Clinical Speech Therapist

to join its experienced allied health team. This full-time role focuses on evaluating and treating adult patients with speech, language, and swallowing difficulties across a range of clinical settings.

Work environments include acute wards, rehabilitation units, community outreach programs, and home-based care. The hospital also runs advanced swallowing clinics (Videofluoroscopy and FEES) and supports ongoing research and clinical education.

Job Responsibilities:

Assess and manage adult patients with communication and swallowing disorders Provide therapy services in inpatient, outpatient, and community settings Conduct swallowing assessments using VFSS and FEES procedures Collaborate closely with doctors, nurses, and other therapists Contribute to audits, training sessions, and research activities

Requirements:

Degree in Speech Therapy recognised by the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC), Singapore Malaysian graduates from UKM, USM, or IIUM are encouraged to apply (temporarily recognised by AHPC) Experience with adult caseloads and dysphagia preferred Strong team collaboration and communication skills Dedicated to delivering high standards of patient care
